As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
Find your tracking
- Shipping email: open your shipping confirmation and tap the tracking link. Your order confirmation email also has a View your order link to your order status page.
- Your account: sign in with the email you used at checkout to see your orders and their status.
A new tracking number can take a day or two to show its first update.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Email support@herlace.com with your order number (it starts with #HL) and we'll look into it.
